  1. 1    The Menu points

  3. 1.1    File
  4.  
  5. 1.1.1    Open...
  6.  
  7. With this point you can switch to another client or
  8. accounting period. The client or period which is actually
  9. open, will be saved and closed automatic.
  10.  
  11. 1.1.2    One Period back
  12.  
  13. With this menu-point you go on period (one month or one
  14. year) back. The old accounting period will be closed and 
  15. saved automatic.
  16.  
  17. 1.1.3    One Period forward
  18.  
  19. It works like the previous menu-point.
  20.  
  21. 1.1.4    Close
  22.  
  23. With this point you can close all windows which have a 
  24. close-box (e.g., Make an Entry, Insert Account, 
  25. Exploitation Monthly ...)
  26.  
  27. 1.1.5    Save...
  28.   
  29. Here you can save the client in the actual accounting-period.
  30. The client will not be closed. I advise to choose this point
  31. after a big entry. So you will be sure that the dates are
  32. saved on hard disk

  34. 1.1.6    Last Version...
  35.  
  36. Together with the point before, you can cancel big
  37. modifications (mistakes). After entering (and excepting)
  38. the security-answer all entries and actions after the last
  39. save are deleted.

  41. 1.1.7    Page setup...

  43. If you use this point, you open a dialog-box to change the
  44. page setup. The appearence differences from printer to
  45. printer.

  47. 1.1.8    Print...

  49. This menu-point can be activated by every exploitation and
  50. graphic.

  54. You can print more than one account within a choosen period.

  123. In this menu, you can see all open windows. You can switch
  124. from window to window.

  129. The Bubble-Help will not be suported. But You can install
  130. the new Apple Guide, which comes with System 7.5. Here
  131. You will find a more detailed help.

  134. 2.    Registration

  136. This program is Shareware. Everyone may copy and use it.
  137. Certainly you must make a copy of the original version
  138. together with the description.

  140. You can, without registration, use the program for 60 days.
  141. After this period the program can't be started again. To
  142. start the program again, you have to enter the registration-
  143. code, you get from the author.

  161. Because, after receiving the money, you will get a letter 
  162. from me with the registration code. Please remember, that 
  163. I made this program as a spare-time-job. Normally the 
  164. registration could be able within two weeks. But sometimes 
  165. it can rest a little bit longer.
